"Holy shit, I'm still alive!"
Some cosplay pics that caught my eye on the /cgi/ boards. That Tifa cosplayer really got it spot-on with her costume, looks just like Advent Children Tifa. The Samurai Stormtrooper crossplay, although extremely nerdy, admittedly looks pretty damn cool. Sanrio Vader is a photoshop of an all-white Darth Vader cosplay, but it's hilarious enough to get here. And Nintendo 64 Kid... well, for a first-timer, the cosplayer really did exceptionally well with the concept, in my opinion.
A music-remixed Nintendo 64 Kid video can be seen here:
If you could be on any reality TV show, which one would you pick and why?
I'd probably go with Amazing Race. Any chance to travel the world, I'd say.
What is your current computer desktop image? Let's see it!
This came from another picture, I just changed its color and applied some simple Photoshop filters to fix it to my liking. I'm on Windows XP, but I'm using the LiteStep alternative frontend, which is why the taskbar is nonexistant.
We had a free cut for P.E. today, my only class on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I wouldn't have gone to school had Christa not texted me inviting me to lunch at Pancake House. I was surprised to see that Brian would be joining us as well, so this afternoon turned out to be a pleasant reprieve from the normal school days.
Well, it's raining again. Has been for the past week. We're getting hit by storm after storm here, and mother nature's not pulling any punches. In all the years I've lived here, I don't recall having such persistent precipitation.
I doubt Tibet had the same kind of weather problems we suffer from here in the tropics. Their rain freezes before it hits the ground, as I recall. I'm not exactly sure of the exact climate situations they have there, but I'm more interested in their history; I've got a group report due on that country, and it's going to come even if it has to walk through rain, sleet, or snow.
The apostles would've had that same attitude in delivering the Word of God throughout the land if, indeed, their land was bombarded from the skies by either of the three weather phenomenons. Kind of like ancient Mediterranean mail men. Yet another group report due on the call to discipleship, and this one's the reason I braved the storm to get here in the Rizal Library. Sure, Tibet has its good points that warrents it worthy of going through the same thing. But in this case, God beckons, so He comes first.
